BodPie Food Ltd. is a Bulgarian company producing gluten-free flours. We believe good health starts with food – that’s why we focus on simple ingredients and no unnecessary additives.
A diverse range
We started out working only with rice. Over the years, with the help of new technologies, we expanded our flour range to include corn, chickpea, buckwheat, and millet. Each grain is carefully milled to preserve its natural taste and nutrients.
For gluten-free flours, the most important requirement is that the grain is naturally gluten-free. That is why our mill processes only crops that contain no gluten by nature.
